Due to COVID-19, we are not allowing clients to enter the building and are now offering curbside service only. Please call when you arrive, and we will come out to meet you and your pet. Also, we do not have a public restroom for client use at this time.
Appointment Policy
At Redwood Veterinary Clinic walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Please give us a call to set up an appointment.
Payment Policy
Redwood Veterinary Clinic requires full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the Redwood Veterinary Clinic waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
